What we collect

Account data (name, email, mobile), transaction data (amounts, references, UTRs), technical data (IP address, user agent, request logs) and security data (login attempts, rate-limit counters).

How we use it

To operate your account and wallet, verify payments, send transactional notifications, secure the platform and meet legal obligations.

Security

Passwords are hashed. API secrets, webhook secrets, gateway credentials and bot tokens are encrypted at rest and shown only once. Financial records are immutable.

Retention

Financial transaction and ledger records are retained as immutable records and are not deleted while your account is active.

Your choices

You may update your profile at any time. Contact support for data-related requests. Anti-fraud and financial-integrity records may be retained even after account closure.
