Deposits

Approved deposits are credited to your merchant wallet. If a deposit you made was not credited due to a platform error, contact support with your reference and UTR and we will investigate and correct it through an adjustment transaction — never by silently editing history.

Withdrawal fees

If a withdrawal is rejected, the full amount and the fee are returned to your wallet balance automatically.

Processing errors

All corrections are posted as visible reversal or adjustment transactions with audit logs.
